NEKO Cat Cafe’s Pawliday MarCat is back in the Bellingham Cat Room with 6+ local makers & artists! With the help of 20+ feline purrsonal shoppers from NEKO’s pride of adoptable kitties: you can grab a drink, stock up on unique purresents, and get some kitty snuggles in the purrocess!

Makers Include: Gaudy by Nature Goods, Shelby Graffics, Hoag Road Maker Co, Evergreen Essential Co, Seawitch Botanicals, Garden of Maya, & more!

Each kitty shopping session is 45 minutes of purrfection!

THE NORDIC FIDDLERS BLOC McIntyre Hall Presents Friday, April 28 7:30pm

The Nordic Fiddlers Bloc is a fiddle trio that masterfully blends the traditions of Norway, Sweden and the Shetland Islands. Olav Luksengård Mjelva (Norway), Anders Hall (Sweden) and Kevin Henderson (Shetland Islands), have swiftly gained a reputation for their gripping and unique blend of fiddle music since the inception of the Bloc in early 2009. They maintain a firm focus on the traditions of their home while developing a sound that has been described as “meaningful”, ”intense” and “invigorating”. Their clever use of harmony, rhythm, riffs & bass lines creates a sound that leaves the listener enthralled but at the same time dumbfounded that the sound only comes from three fiddles.

The Art Fair portion will host 8 local makers and creators ranging in mediums, inspiring us to steward our community into the fresh season of growth, hope, and renewal. From textile, paint, upcycled clothing, pottery, jewelry & more – Bellingham’s diverse artist community will come together for the love of plants.
