Dr. Jimmy & the Swingtime Serenaders is a Whatcom County big band established in 2016, playing music mostly from the 1930s – 40s, the classic band era. They are a community band with members ranging in age from 18 – 80!

Super Secret Band is a mysterious musical group from Portland, Oregon, playing time-traveling space jazz.
Eclectrick is a hard-hitting Funk Rock group hailing from Seattle. Sky Phoenix, Taysty, and Tempo Jesus make up this trio that is known for crafting seamless sets of music boosted by on-stage improv and dishing up grooves for the whole fam to enjoy.
For over 20 years, The Decemberists have been one of the most original, daring, and thrilling American rock bands. The band has released nine full length albums that are unbound by genre and highly ambitious, ranging from Americana-leaning storytelling epics to elements of 70s progressive and hard rock. Frontman Colin Meloy calls their newest album, As It Ever Was, So It Will Be Again, the best Decemberists albums—perhaps even the ultimate realization of 22 years of work.

World-renowned muralists gather in Bellingham, WA for a weekend of mural painting, demos, music, parties, education and inspiration. This festival is a friendly art contest, in which artists will have two days to paint 8’x’8’ portable walls on public display for the community to enjoy. Attendees will vote for their favorites and the top three winners will receive cash contracts to paint large murals in Bellingham.

Cardova is a chamber soul trio. Taylor Molzahn (guitars & vocals), Nick Taylor (bass), Joel Litwin (drums) play an intoxicating blend of crowd-pleasing R&B, funk, bossa, rock, pop & boogaloo, with soulful vocals and a bewitching groove. In the spirit of Dr John, Cardova creates a timeless vibe, retro and ultra-modern all at the same time.
Shady Bottom is a gritty, down-to-earth six-piece instrumental groove party. Lead by two horns and a rhythm section consisting of drums, bass, guitar, and a real gen-u-ine Hammond B3 organ, Shady Bottom keeps the deep funk deep down in the pocket. As one fan put it: “This is the finest in bass-heavy funk.”
