8th Annual Independents Week

Independents Week is a festive week to celebrate the local and independently owned businesses in this area and continue to support them into the future. It is a great reminder of the nation’s past in supporting local, independently owned businesses and our freedom to choose.

People can be on the look out for local businesses with signs or posters in their windows and also a special insert in the Weekly and Herald that will feature a comprehensive list of participating businesses for the week.

Independents Week runs from July 2 through July 8.
