The second-annual Bellingham Fete & Car Show, features live music for all ages and activities all day.
Four bands – The Walrus, Sweet Dominiques, The Atlantics and MicroScopic Giant – will perform throughout the festival, scheduled from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Attendees may enjoy the music while walking through the car show, which drew 250 vehicles last year.
Proceeds from Bellingham Fete & Car Show will go to Whatcom Hospice, which serves about 125 terminally ill patients every day through home visits and its Bellingham residential facility. The goal of hospice care is to provide comfort for the dying and to preserve dignity at the end of life.
Ten local or in-state breweries will come together for Hops for Hospice. A variety of food booths, artwork and children’s activities also will be presented at Wilson Motors, which will clear all of its vehicles off the site to make room for the festival.
Admission is free. The Bellingham Fete & Car Show is sponsored by Wilson Motors, Silver Reef Hotel Casino Spa, Louis Auto Glass and Final Touch Auto Spa.
