Bridal Inspirations Wedding Expo @ Four Points by Sheraton Bellingham Hotel & Conference Center
Jan 24 @ 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Bridal Inspirations Wedding Expo @ Four Points by Sheraton Bellingham Hotel & Conference Center | Bellingham | Washington | United States

Some of Northwest Washington’s most talented and creative wedding professionals will be gathered for the Bridal Inspirations Wedding Expo in Bellingham.

The largest bridal fashion show in Western Washington, featuring more than 100 dresses, will start at 4:00 p.m. in the hotel’s ballroom. The show will include bridal gowns and dresses for bridesmaids and mothers, plus suits and tuxedos for men, all in a variety of sizes.

Also, a Justin Alexander Trunk Show will be presented from noon to 3:30 p.m. in the hotel’s Mt. Baker room. Brides will get $5 off their ticket price if they book an appointment for the trunk show (reimbursed at appointment), plus a free gift and 10 percent off a gown if purchased that day. Joshua Cody will be here from the New York designer to work with appointments. He will also be at the fashion show at 4:00 p.m.

More than 50 businesses that offer services for weddings and other special events are expected to participate in the Bridal Inspiration Wedding Expo, including photographers, venues, florists, caterers, hair stylists, spas, event coordinators, officiants, rental companies and more.

“Bridal Inspirations is a fun day for brides, families and friends to start planning a wedding,” said Pam Reed, show organizer and owner of Alicia’s Bridal and The Formal House Tuxedos in Bellingham. “They’ll sample appetizers and wedding cake, sip champagne, see a fashion show, and enjoy themselves without having to run around to a dozen different businesses.”

A portion of the proceeds from Bridal Inspirations will go to the ALS Association in memory of Les Kooistra.

Bridal Inspirations Wedding Expo @ Four Points by Sheraton | Bellingham | Washington | United States

We’ve put together the area’s most creative and talented wedding professionals and brought them to one location just for you. Besides walking away with bags full of colorful brochures, you will sample hors d’oeuvres and wedding cake, sip champagne, smell flowers, see a real fashion show, meet top experts, and have an incredible time. Imagine seeing over 50 wedding professionals in one location! There will even be a Justin Alexander Trunk Show from noon-4PM at the expo this year! Bridal Inspirations is a bridal show where you can have a conversation with talented, creative professional wedding vendors and actually get to know them in person. Your time is valuable and the bridal show format still makes the most sense for planning a wedding when it stays elegant, “do-able” and fun. It’s much easier to shop for the products and services you’ll need in your planning when you walk among the exhibits at the Bridal Inspirations Wedding Expo!

The Fashion Show is amazing according to our brides from past shows! They love that the models are real people and represent all sizes. The fashion show starts at 4pm and is the largest one of its kind in Northwest Washington. We feature over 100 dresses including wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mother’s dresses, and tuxedos/suits for the men in your wedding party. The fashion show has the reputation of being one of the best in the Northwest.

Spring Break Nature Camp @ Cornwall Park | Bellingham | Washington | United States

Feather and Frond Forest School will be running a 5 Day Nature Camp for children aged 7-12 at Cornwall Park, April 3 to April 7th!

Bellingham Premiere of Rogue Elements, presented by REI @ Mt. Baker Theatre
Sep 26 @ 6:30 pm
Bellingham Premiere of Rogue Elements, presented by REI @ Mt. Baker Theatre | Bellingham | Washington | United States

Bellingham, get ready! On Tuesday, September 26, TGR is returning to the Mount Baker Theatre for the winter kick-off party of the year. Join us for a one-night only premiere of our new feature length ski and snowboard film, Rogue Elements, presented by REI.

There will be a ton of prizes from our partners at REI, Atomic, Volkl, CEP, TGR and more, plus everyone in attendance will have a shot at the tour grand prizes. Don’t miss your chance to see Rogue Elements on the big screen. Plus, all attendees get a 2-for-1 lift ticket to Stevens Pass, valid Monday-Thursday from Opening Day 2017 through December 16, or January 2 through April 4, 2018. And, you can enter to win one of the tour grand prizes, including one of THREE trips – to Jackson Hole, Crested Butte or Ski City (Salt Lake), plus REI gift cards to gear up from a huge selection of skis, boots, jackets and more.

About the film: In the winter of 2017, the magnitude of winter’s force was on full display. Telephone pole-snapping storms pounded the Wyoming landscape. Regions to the west, recently left arid and forgotten, were gifted with unprecedented accumulation. Blizzards in Europe buried towns in an instant before disappearing just as fast, leaving the lucky few who were there to wonder if it even happened. A Bolivian expedition found grace above 18,000 feet before the elements went rogue and the humans reluctantly heeded warnings from above.

Join the TGR team as they embark on an adventure filled with fury and glory, and witness the unimaginable. Rogue Elements, presented by REI, features Angel Collinson, Jeremy Jones, Ian McIntosh, Elyse Saugstad, Tim Durtschi, Dash Longe, Nick McNutt, Hadley Hammer, Johnny Collinson, Thayne Rich, Sammy Carlson, Dane Tudor, Clayton Villa, Cam Riley, Sean Jordan, Griffin Post, Sam Smoothy and Sammy Luebke.
