Whatcom Center for Early Learning (WCEL) is pleased to announce a formal ribbon cutting for the “Little Brick House” on Friday, October 11, 2019, from 4:00-6:00 pm at 2185 Ferndale Terrace (Ferndale, WA). Live music and appetizers will be provided; community members of all ages are invited to attend and join current and former staff members, Board of Directors and community supporters to celebrate this moment in WCEL’s history.
