Northwest Raspberry Festival

Celebrate the largest harvest of raspberries in North America. The festivities kick off on July 17 with “kids’ day” family-friendly activities in downtown Lynden (inflatables, face painting,  the  Rookies 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, & more), luscious raspberry & ice cream sundaes, live music provided by professional bands and combos. Shop at Lynden’s downtown merchants and street vendors at the “Berry Fair” Street Market, and don’t forget to come on down and cheer on your favorite team at the  annual Curt Maberry Memorial Classic 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament (presented by Muljat Group North).

In addition to all of the activities above, July 18 visitors will have a chance to go wine tasting at Samson Estates Winery, stroll through the classic cars on display at the “Razz and Shine” cruise-in car show, race in the Raspberry Festival 5K Run/Walk through Lynden and residential neighborhoods, join in on the family-friendly “Very Berry Storytime” at the Lynden Library, enjoy an “all you can eat” raspberry pancake breakfast at the Lynden Community Center, enter to win one of many “Razz to Riches” prize giveaways, and so much more!
