Lydia Place’s annual Handbags for Housing auction and fundraiser is back and, on a mission, to raise funds for local families experiencing homelessness

Bellingham, WA—Thursday, June 9thth from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Lydia Place, along with presenting sponsor, San Juan Broadband, are bringing Bellingham’s largest fashion extravaganza and handbag exchange, Handbags for Housing, back for this in-person event.

Celebrating it’s 10 year anniversary, Handbags for Housing, Lydia Place’s second largest annual auction and fundraiser is taking back centerstage with a “Big Lights, Fashion City” themed event to bring a cosmopolitan experience to the community. Guests can buy tickets at www.handbagsforhousing.com and come dressed in their red carpet best at the Barkley Village Green to shop hundreds of new and previously loved handbags curated to fit every style and budget, support local boutiques and retailers showcased in the fashion show, and raise critical funding for hundreds of families in our community experiencing housing insecurity or homelessness.
