Join us for an evening of food and dance from Central Asia. Sonja Hinz, owner of La Vida Dance Studio in Bellingham, will perform dances from the region, as well as teaching some moves to those who would like to learn. While watching dance performances (from Sonja as well as from her videos of her time in the region) we will enjoy samples of the foods from Central Asia. Sonja holds an MA in Dance Ethnology and studied dance in Tajikistan.
