Local author Johannas Lisiecki will discuss his book, Gibraltar, Rock of My Heart and his triumph over heart disease. Although he lived an active lifestyle and was in excellent physical condition, Lisiecki suffered a major cardiac event. Open heart surgery and complicated recovery slowed him down, but he set himself a goal: swim the strait of Gibraltar. This is the story of his psychological and physical journey back to health.
