Are you looking to improve the quality of connection you experience with those you care about? Do you find yourself in your head too much and would you like to spend more time in your heart and body? Are you tired of reacting to stress in the same old ways?

Deep trust is an introductory workshop open to all ability levels where by using a series of low impact physical activities and exercises you’ll access your body’s intelligence revealing new ways to navigate the present moment, as well as examining non-verbal articulations of boundaries, consent, and desire. Discover how cultivating a deeper awareness of the physical can bring about the peaceful state of being you’ve been longing for. Re-connect with your own best friend, yourself, and rediscover how your relationship with touch can be a path to joy, aliveness, transformation, healing and empowerment.

The intention of this workshop is to share potentially new paths of
learning and be an opportunity for you to meet Carsten Almskaar who is launching a coaching service to the community. Carsten holds a 2nd degree black belt in Aikido, is currently teaching Aikido in Bellingham, and has partaken in numerous other personal growth type activities. He enjoys sharing his understanding of how present moment body awareness is empowering, life affirming, and feels good.

This workshop is limited to 20 attendees and you must RSVP at www.mindfuluse.org. Thanks!
