Workshop: Spring into Health with Acupressure

Join Maureen Kelly, certified acupressurist, to learn how you can SPRING into balance as we enter what Traditional Chinese Medicine refers to as “the season of the liver.” Seasonal changes influence our bodies in a variety of ways and may include allergies, headaches, muscle aches, digestive upsets, frustration, and more. Many of these symptoms can be linked to liver channel imbalances. The class will explore various acupressure points that can be easily accessed to promote the flow of energy to improve health and vitality.
