The Whatcom Chorale and Sinfonia, led by Deborah L. Brown, Artistic Director and Conductor, opens its 45th season with a sparkling performance of Handel’s “Messiah” on Sunday, December 17, at 3:30 p.m., amidst the beauty of Bellingham’s Church of the Assumption (2116 Cornwall Ave.). Joining Whatcom Chorale and Sinfonia will be soloists Sherrie Kahn, soprano; Sarah Mattox, mezzo-soprano; Ross Hauck, tenor; and Charles Robert Austin, bass-baritone.

Tickets are available online at Brown Paper Tickets, and beginning three weeks before the concert, at both Bellingham Food Co-ops and at Village Books in Fairhaven and Lynden. Tickets will also be available at the door. Adults $20, Student/Senior (65+) $15, Child (under 18) $5.
