[Bellingham, Wash.] The Holiday Port Festival brings the sights and sounds of the Holiday Season to the Bellingham waterfront with performances by over 35 local bands, orchestras, choirs and dance groups that will bring more than 700 performers to the Bellingham Cruise Terminal Dec. 4-6. The festival also includes and gingerbread house contest, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, art activities for kids, horse and wagon rides and free photos with winter princesses. All activities are free, but there is a charge to purchase photos with Santa.
