I am a Counselor in Lynden. Each year I offer community classes, not therapy however the classes provide education
This year I have decided to host Meditative Walks in Whatcom County online Thursday at 12:00pm to 12:45pm free weekly classes in December and January.
I will be walking and providing mediation techniques outdoors. Participants can walk or stay indoors while joining this live online class.
Another free class I am offering online in December and January is a Parent / Adult DBT skills online Thursday at 5:30pm.
