Put on your cozy socks and grab a mug of hot cocoa or your favorite holiday cocktail and join the Bellingham Senior Activity Center for their 5th annual and first ever virtual Festival of Trees Christmas Tree Auction Friday, December 3rd at 6:00pm. The Festival of Trees, a beloved holiday-themed event raises funds for the Bellingham Senior Activity Center to support active aging. Maintaining physical and mental wellness is important for seniors, especially during these tough times, and older adults in our community are worthy of our support.
The event will feature beautiful, unique, professionally decorated Christmas trees for you to bid on in the tree auction, as well as a silent auction, raffle, and more! Winning tree auction bidders will have their tree delivered fully decorated to their home or business. Already have a tree but want to contribute? Bid on your favorite tree and have it delivered to a local charity of your choice.

The Tour of Trees is a free, festive family event at the Bellingham Senior Activity Center! Tour the trees decorated in all their glory – Live music – Vote on your favorite tree to receive the “People’s Choice Award”. There are two opportunities to participate in the Tour of Trees; Sunday, November 28th from 12pm-4pm and Wednesday, December 1st from 3pm-7pm.
The Bellingham Senior Activity Center is a program of the Whatcom Council on Aging, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides nutritional, social, recreational, and educational programs that promote wellness of mind and body for community members as they age. The Bellingham Senior Activity Center offers a wide range of classes, activities and services for persons 50 years of age and over to encourage emotional, mental, and physical wellness for a healthy, active, and independent lifestyle.
