Common Threads School Garden Celebration

Why should kids have all the fun? Common Threads Farm – the people who bring School Gardens and Farm Camps to Whatcom County – present an evening of food, music, drinks and inspiration. We will be Friend-Raising and Fundraising. All are welcome!

Join us on Thursday, Oct 15 at Aslan Brewing Company from 7-10PM. Bellingham favorites, Amber Darland and Lisa Harmon will set the mood with their signature singer/songwriter folk/pop music. Around 8:00 we will share briefly about all of the exciting things happening in our school gardens this year. And the party will continue afterward with Countercurrent, a fabulous local contra and folk band. Check them out at http://www.countercurrentmusic.com/ .

You won’t go hungry or thirsty with Aslan’s outstanding selection of food and organic beer (10% of which will be donated to Common Threads while music is being played)!
