Allied Arts of Whatcom County presents “The Mercurial Body” for our November exhibition of the 2023 Juried Gallery Series. “The Mercurial Body” is a whimsical exploration into the human form and our variable temperaments. Featuring the work of five local artists-
Zotshee paints mystical impressions to evoke heartfelt and subliminal connections.
Mary Quintrall uses oil paints to create happily colorful scenes and abstractions.
Erin Libby tells narrative stories within her paintings, employing the viewer’s imagination.
Blaire Sebren showcases queer bodies, abstracted forms, and landscapes through paint to emulate memories and dreams.
Pamela Whyman mixes media as a portrait artist to create unrestrained, intuitive fusions.
Allied Arts is a non-profit gallery, all proceeds from sales go towards supporting the arts in our community.
