Bill Douglas, the founder of World Tai Chi Day, created this yearly event to help facilitate world peace through the simultaneous meditation of internal arts practitioners in over 70 countries throughout the world.
I believe that the World Tai Chi Day Event is a format for uniting and intensifying the individual efforts of thousands of tai chi practitioners fostering world harmony by focusing the resonant harmonics of the combined consciousness of T’ai Chi Ch’uan players throughout the world. Perhaps enabling a tipping point of peace for all humanity.
