Workshop: An Introduction to Journaling

Journal writing can help you make sense of your life and more mindfully navigate the challenges. It can be an incubator for ideas and creative projects. You can also engage in it for free and it’s available 24/7. What’s not to love? But like most tools and practices it can be used effectively or ineffectively, constructively or destructively. In this introductory workshop you’ll learn brief, effective time-tested writing processes to help you get started and to get the most out of your journaling experience.
