Workshop: Christmas Ornament Embossing

Get ready to decorate for the holidays and create shimmering eye-catching ornaments using the art of metal tooling. Students will learn about this Mexican folk-inspired art, and artist Kath Piros will guide them in metal embossing techniques, piercing, color and making intricate designs on metal tooling foil. Each student will create 2 holiday images in metal, for use as Christmas ornaments, window hangings, or fancy gift tags. Use our customized templates or create your own designs.
