Welcome Home, Chuck!

This fall, Chuck Robinson, founder and former co-owner of Village Books and Paper Dreams in Bellingham and Lynden, completed a 2,000-mile ride to raise awareness and funds for three foundations. Now, we’re ready to welcome him home. Join us in the Readings Gallery as we congratulate Chuck on the completion of his big ride. We will ply him with much-needed calories (there will be cake!) and listen to him recount stories from his mammoth cross-country fundraising adventure. Representatives of the three non-profit organizations who benefit from the ride will be on hand: The Book Industry Charitable Foundation (Binc), the Whatcom Community Foundation (Robinson is a board member.) and the Whatcom Community College Foundation (Robinson was a college trustee for 10 years.).
