Instructor: Mary Dumas-President Dumas & Associates, is an independent dispute resolution professional and has served urban and rural communities in the US & Canada for more than 20 yrs. She is a certified mediator and trainer with WA State dispute resolution centers and court programs in Whatcom and Skagit Counties and guest lecturer for the University of Washington’s Program on the Environment, Western Washington University’s Huxley College of the Environment and Leadership Advantage Program. She maintains membership in the Association for Conflict Resolution, Environment & Public Policy Section and adheres to the ACR model standards of conduct for mediators and ethical guidance for EPP members.
