St. Patty’s Day Celebration

St. Patty’s Day will be a great event to enjoy at Chuckanut, filled with good food and beer. The Chuckanut Kitchen will also have it’s Irish inspired Locavore menu featuring the best Irish stout beef stew and our delectable house made Irish dinner pizza the entire month of March.

Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen’s Locavore menu features food made with Chuckanut Beer and locally sourced ingredients. This year Chuckanut will be providing a variety of Irish inspired dishes including our classic Irish stout beef stew with all natural braised beef in our hand crafted Stout. Our Irish dinner pizza is covered in local roasted red potatoes, braised corned beef, beer glazed cabbage and Irish mustard sauce with mozzarella cheese. It’s great to end the night with our Crème Brulee made with our local Bean Stop roasted coffee with a hint of Irish baileys.

Chuckanut yet again will have a great lineup of beers this holiday weekend including Chuckanut Stout. Chuckanut Stout is a dark brown beer that is a direct descent of Porter and has an espresso-like bite from the use of roasted barley. With its lighter body and less alcohol content than the Export style, it will leave a clean and very smooth finish. And don’t forget on this holiday weekend the leprechauns are sure to get into our Kolsch and turn it green just for fun! Stop by for a pint and a bite any time after 11:00 each day.
