An Overview of the Six Kinds of Orthodox Chinese Tea

Tea comes in thousands of different forms, from the ground green matcha of Japan to the dark aged teas of Yunnan. Lauri Dawson’s presentation will explore the six families of orthodox teas as known in Chinese tea culture, and is accompanied by a tasting of examples of these teas done in traditional gongfu cha style.
