Oboist Bhavani Kotha and pianist Rebecca Mañalac present works by Vivaldi, Schubert, Schumann, Ravel, Saint-Saëns, and William Grant Still on Friday, October 8 at 7:30pm.
Bhavani gained attention in 2019 as the winner of two major national competitions, and during a European tour with Toronto’s Hart House Orchestra. Rebecca is staff accompanist at WWU, and resident accompanist at Trinity Lutheran Church in Bellingham. A match made in heaven!
BMC Night Beat takes place at Trinity Lutheran Church, 119 Texas St., in Bellingham. Tickets are $20. Take-a-teen-for-free.
