Join Yoga Medicine teacher Paris Johanson for a mind and body opening. The overall style is Vinyasa Yoga, which matches breath with movement to create flow. However, each week will feature a different theme, which will be explained at the beginning of class. For example, one week might focus on lower back and hips while the next week will focus on creating flow to support a more open heart. All levels welcome! Please bring your own yoga mat. (A few loaner mats are available on a first come-first serve basis.)
The class is free. If you are able, a $10 love donation is suggested to help compensate Paris for her time and teaching.
Mindful cannabis users are, of course, always welcome at the Center for Mindful Use. Please note that the use of cannabis (or open containers of cannabis) – and anything besides water – once inside the building is currently not permitted.
