Learn to Ride the Bus on a Guided Bus Trip

Want to learn to ride the bus? Don’t care for driving on dark, rainy days? Taking the bus is a safe and easy way to travel. Avoid navigating traffic and finding a parking spot. We’ll take Route 4 which passes by St. Joseph Medical Center so riders can also see how easy it is to bus to the hospital and adjoining health services. Meet at Smart Trips office at 314 E Champion St. at 11:05 a.m. sharp! (We don’t want to miss the bus.) WTA bus passes will be provided. We will be at the mall for approximately one hour and 10 minutes. Bring money for lunch or take a stroll around the mall. The mall is an excellent place to get exercise during the cold months. The group will return by approximately 1:20 p.m. Please note, we will be walking to the city bus stop so you must be able to walk or use your motorized transportation device to travel up to two blocks.
