Do you want all the great benefits of meditation but can’t sit still? The ancient practice of labyrinth walking guides individuals through a calming, meditative walk on a single circular path. It’s great for reducing stress, quieting the mind, and inspiring creativity and clarity, plus it invites you into a deeper, more fulfilling experience of the present moment. In this workshop, we’ll briefly explore the history and various forms of the labyrinth, then experience first-hand the meditative qualities labyrinth walking can bring. Workshop lead by Leah Wang, CPCC, ACC.
