The Opportunity Council will host the annual Golf FORE! Good fundraising tournament to raise support for local young children who have special needs, are homeless or disadvantaged.
The tournament will have a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 5 at Shuksan Golf Course. The contests at the event include: putting, longest drive, closest to the pin and hole-in-one. Full cost is $125 per golfer or $500 for a team of four. Those that register before June 30 will receive the early bird discount price.
After the tournament the awards banquet will be held, where the winners will be announced and prizes will be awarded. In addition, participants will be able to enter a raffle to win one of over 50 prizes from local restaurants and stores.
