In this relaxing and rejuvenating, candle lit aerial yoga class, we will have the hammocks 10-12″ off the ground. This will allow for gentle movement, while finding increased length in the body. Savasana inside the fabric, allows us to be held and supported for a complete resetting and revitalizing of the entire body-mind system.
