About Flow Arts: Flow Arts are a type of movement art utilizing a prop, sometimes called a “tool” or “flow toy.” Flow emphasizes fluid and controlled movements with the prop in an aesthetically pleasing way. Props can include, but are not limited to: Maori poi, hula hoops, staffs, batons, rope darts and more. Artists of all types refer to the ‘flow’ state, where one is able to execute their art without thinking about it; With flow arts, that state of mind is the goal, rather than a means to an end.

About Steve Remo: Steve is a producer/operator at Cascade Radio Group. He has been spinning poi for about two years. When he is not working or practicing, he produces music, film, writes or runs sound for live shows.
