First Thursday Artist Reception at Jansen Art Center

Join us on for live music and exhibits that showcase artists from around our region. Paintings by Quincy Anderson: This selection of work is an exploration of reflections on water inspired by the rivers of France, the garden ponds of Thailand, and the canals of Venice. Promising Futures: Whatcom County High School Student Art: This exhibition showcases artwork of high school students from across Whatcom County. Spring Juried Exhibit: The Juried Exhibits are open to the public as a way to showcase the artistic talent in Whatcom County and the surrounding region. Pieces are judged by a qualified jury made up of artists, curators, and other figures in the arts community. On display until May 30, 2015.
