Documentary Night: “Cooked” with Michael Pollan

Join the Friends of the North Fork Community Library for a showing of “Fire,” the first episode of the Netflix Original series “Cooked,” with Michael Pollan. “With help from Aboriginal hunters and a barbecue pit master, Pollan shows how fire shaped human gastronomy, and weighs our duty to the animals we eat.” Prizes to be raffled and light refreshments provided by the Friends.
