In “Roaring Twenties” Chicago, Roxie Hart murders a faithless lover and convinces her hapless husband, Amos, to take the rap… that is, until he finds out he’s been duped. Convicted and sent to death row, Roxie and another “Merry Murderess” In “Roaring Twenties” Chicago, Roxie Hart vie for the spotlight and the headlines. They ultimately join forces in search of this “American Dream” of fame, fortune, and acquittal. Performed by BAAY State Street Theatre Company (SSTC) students ages 15-18.
