About Chef Marty Bracken and BowEdison:
Marty believes in simple, uncomplicated, delicious food. At BowEdison, the menu is best described as eclectic, modern American cooking, strongly influenced, simply enough, by all the things the Chef likes to eat. The menu is small yet sophisticated, with creative, seasonal offerings and highlighting the bounty of our local producers.
About Atwood Ales:
Located just 18 miles north of the burgeoning Bellingham brewery scene, on the outskirts of a scenic seaside town, is Blaine, Washington’s first and oldest brewery, Atwood Ales. The unique setting provided by our 100 year old farmhouse and barn and the surrounding acreage is not only visually compelling, but also provides countless opportunities to directly incorporate estate and locally grown agricultural and natural ingredients into our small batch beers. Our family owned and operated farm and brewery produces a variety of ales, with many in the spirit of the French and Belgian farmhouse ales that help to inspire our brewing passion.
