BeLEAF in Whatcom Art Community Project Art Collection

Don’t let the word “artist” scare you! Representing the love of art in our community, a tree shape is the easel on which we will hang the individual art, submitted by professional, amateur, student and community “artists.” Each person’s or organization’s” submission will be either their art in a leaf shape, honoring leaves and/or as an interpretation of a leaf.

With this project we have three goals:
1) Bring our art community closer together.
2) Educate the younger generations (high school and college) on the jury process and encourage them to become involved in the arts organizations.
3) Add to the county’s art tourism draw.

Under 18, don’t forget your parent/guardian and signed release.
