The annual Volunteer Center of Whatcom County Oktoberfest will be held Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at Bellingham Technical College, Settlemyer Hall. This year’s festival will include brews from local and regional brewers, and Oktoberfest-themed foods, music and entertainment. The ticket-sale proceeds for this event will go towards furthering the Volunteer Center of Whatcom County’s mission: To mobilize volunteers to meet community needs, build the capacity of organizations to effectively engage volunteers and inspire support for community service.
