Whatcom Youth Pride Parade and Festival @ Bellingham High School

Whatcom Youth Pride Parade and Festival @ Bellingham High School

The Whatcom Youth Pride Coalition proudly presents the 2025 Youth PRIDE Parade and Festival – an opportunity for LGBTQIA+ youth and youth allies to walk together through a short, one mile parade route while the community stands along the sidelines and cheers them on! The parade culminates in a festival at Bellingham High School where there will be tables for community organizations to share their resources, music and performances, and food trucks for lunch!

Parade starts at 11:00 AM and the festival shortly thereafter, until 2:00 PM. We limit the parade participation to youth (asking other community members to line the route in support)

The festival (with food trucks, community organizations, a makers space, youth art market, free glitter tattoos, and performances) is all open to the public.

Voxel Gallery Presents: How Queer! @ Voxel Gallery

Voxel Gallery is thrilled to announce How Queer!, a powerful group exhibition featuring artists from the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. The show opens with a public reception on Thursday, June 5, 2025, from 6–9 PM, and runs through July 23, 2025, at Voxel Gallery, 312 West Champion Street, Bellingham, WA.
How Queer! invites artists and viewers alike to explore and reflect on themes of love, identity, resilience, family, justice, and personal transformation. Through a wide range of visual media—including painting, photography, sculpture, and mixed media—this exhibition offers a bold and intimate look at the lived experiences of queer artists in our community and beyond.
As part of Voxel Gallery’s commitment to community impact, 25% of all proceeds from the exhibition will be donated to the Bellingham Queer Collective, a local nonprofit supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals through advocacy, resources, and community-building initiatives.
How Queer! honors Pride Months not just through visibility, but through meaningful artistic expression that uplifts diverse voices and experiences. The June 5 opening night will include light refreshments and the opportunity to meet some of the featured artists.
