WTA is hoping to gain rider and community feedback through a brief online survey

Earlier this month, WTA announced its plan to continue its  temporary service reduction until September 20, 2020.  Among other things, the survey is a chance for people to share how the service reduction is affecting them, and which service is most important to add, should resources become available.

WTA’s reduced level of service is what the agency can sustain throughout the summer based on the availability of bus drivers, and on the availability of staff and supplies needed to keep buses and facilities clean and safe. Reduced service also makes it possible to add capacity on the busiest routes, to allow for increased social distancing onboard.

The survey will also help WTA understand what safety measures are most important, as we begin to welcome more riders back onboard.
