San Juan Cruises has announced their 2020 series of cruises departing the La Conner Channel Lodge aboard the M/V Chinook. During the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival there will be Deception Pass Crab Lunch Cruises, departing at 11:00 am daily between April 6 – 26. The 2.5 hour cruise includes a Dungeness Crab and Baked Tuscan Chicken lunch, with full bar service available.
In July and August the company will offer similar 2.5 hour Deception Pass Crab Cruises, with a lunch cruise departing at noon on Saturdays, and a dinner cruise departing at 5:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Both of these 2.5 hour cruises include a Dungeness Crab and Baked Tuscan Chicken meal, with full bar service available.
On Sundays in July and August there will be Skagit History Cruises offered in conjunction with the Skagit County Historical Museum. On alternating weeks the cruise will take a northern route or southern route, with detailed narration by local historians Carl Molesworth and Jesse Kennedy.
The tours from La Conner are in addition to their tours from Bellingham, WA aboard the Victoria Star, Salish Express and Salish Sea.
San Juan Cruises offers these, and other tours that highlight the best of what makes this corner of Washington State so special and unique – the rugged coastlines of the San Juan Islands and Chuckanut Bay, wildlife such as Orca Whales, Bald Eagles, Harbor Seals and Stellar Sea Lions, and Northwest cuisine, including Dungeness Crab and locally brewed beers.
San Juan Cruises currently offers the following tours: Whale Watching Lunch Cruise, Friday Harbor Cruise, “unWINEd On The Bay” wine tasting cruises, “Bellingham Bay BREWers Cruises”, Bird Watching Cruises, Sucia Island Picnic Cruises.
The company currently operates 4 vessels: Victoria Star 2, Salish Express, Chinook and Salish Sea.
