Whether you’re looking for rainy day fun or just have the urge to get some jumping in, Bellingham’s Trampoline Zone is a great place for family fun, birthday parties, or even a unique workout.

As the city’s only trampoline park, this dynamic, 18,000-square-foot facility, located on Guide-Meridian, is lined wall-to-wall with trampolines and other family friendly activities.

There are different activity zones located throughout the facility, inviting visitors to challenge themselves at various skill levels. These activities include a dodgeball area, slackline, foam pit, ninja course, basketball hoops, rope ladder, and even an area specifically for young children 46-inches tall and under — there’s something for everyone. There’s even a comfortable seating area outfitted with Wi-Fi for parents who would rather observe than participate. Admission is free for parents and guardians who opt not to jump.

If you’re looking for a bit more structure or a good workout, Trampoline Zone offers structured classes that include instruction in fitness and more advanced trampoline technique. Classes are available several times per week.

“Working out on a trampoline is really good for your core,” says Trampoline Zone’s Erin O’Mara, who teaches fitness classes twice a week. “Working out on an unstable surface works your entire body and makes it much more challenging.”

From the various activity zones to the jump center’s more structured classes, Trampoline Zone offers a variety of ways to jump, which include a variety of themes and discounts, nearly every day of the week.

On Mondays, families can take advantage of discounted rates of $5 per person, per hour, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Tuesdays offer two-for-one pricing, all day.

On Wednesdays from noon to 3:00 p.m., homeschoolers can sneak away from their studies and get their jump on at a discount ($5 per person).

Thursday nights from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., college students can de-stress from their studies and enjoy a discount ($5 per person) with student ID.

Get your glow on Friday nights during Cosmic Night. From 7:00 p.m. to close, Trampoline Zone is illuminated with black lights — a favorite for teens and adults alike.

Of course, you can always create your own themed event. “We also rent out the facility for corporate events and any event really,” says O’Mara. Trampoline Zone’s expansive facility is a popular location for birthday parties, team building events and much more. Local non-profits, like one area fire department, often rent the space for out-of-the-ordinary team-building events.

Because safety and cleanliness come first at Trampoline Zone, each participant must sign a waiver, follow the posted rules, and wear reusable jump socks, ensuring a safe, clean, and fun environment throughout the facility. Trampoline Zone’s staff is always on standby, surveying the facility ensuring that everyone is safe and having fun.

“Our instructors are there to make sure people are following the rules,” explains O’Mara. “They’re there to keep everything safe and under control.”

After all that jumping, you’ll certainly have worked up a hunger or thirst. Luckily, snacks and beverages are available on-site, so you can refuel and continue to enjoy the fun.

Trampoline Zone inspires its customers to build memories with their loved ones within a fitness oriented atmosphere, encouraging healthy indoor activities, and promoting new skills for people of all ages. It is a fun, one-of-a-kind, experience to be enjoyed by locals and visitors alike.

And remember — the more you jump, the more you save. Frequent visitors of Trampoline Zone can purchase 12 jumps in a package for $75 dollar or eight jumps for $50. “And you can jump for two hours per visit, so it’s a really good deal,” says O’Mara. And admission is always free for parents and guardians who are there to observe but don’t want to jump. Children under 2 years old are also admitted free with paid admission of a parent or older sibling.
