Troy Luginbill is the manager Lynden Village Books and Paper Dreams. A former Director/Curator of the Lynden Pioneer Museum, Troy has devoted over 27 years studying Whatcom County history. Troy enjoys sharing the many stories and rich history of the fourth corner of the US.
