Join the Whatcom County Historical Society for a local history program in the Rotunda Room of Old City Hall. Local historian Candy Wellman will talk about Edmund Clare Fitzhugh, head of the Sehome coal mine and company store, which was at one time the largest employer of labor in the Northwest in the mid-1800s. The program will be recorded by BTV-10.
