The Volunteer Center of Whatcom County is a program of the Opportunity Council. Each month the Center sponsors a Lunch Meeting (BYOL) for members of the community or nonprofits who work with volunteers. This is a chance to share experiences and learn from a variety of presenters who work in this field.
