Understanding Conflict Workshop

The Whatcom Dispute Resolution Center is offering a six-hour Understanding Conflict Workshop. This interactive workshop is designed to develop participants’ awareness of their own approach to conflict, and to increase their skills and capacity to better manage conflict as it arises in their home, community, and work environments. Participants will learn how to listen actively and assert their needs, understand their own response to conflict, and communicate effectively in high-stress situations. The Understanding Conflict Workshop is offered quarterly and pre-registration is required.
