Class: Swedish Folk Fiddle

Swedish fiddle tunes for those ready to learn by ear. Emphasizing a true Swedish sound with bowing patterns, fingering technique, and foot-tap rhythms. Harmonies will be offered for some tunes. To benefit, you should have had a few years experience in some fiddle genre and be able to play tunes at a moderate tempo. A recording device is encouraged. Written music will be available on-line at the end of the course. Ages 10 abnd up.

(1st class is a drop-in class, no registration is required, $10)

(2nd-6th class, payment in full at beginning of 2nd class, $35)
