Phoenix House Productions presents “Signed Music Festival.” A DIY documentary about a DIY music festival that took place at Make.Shift Art Space in Bellingham, WA, April of 2014. Created by Signed Magazine, the festival showcased some of the best up and coming artists and record labels from Portland, Seattle and Bellingham.
