Ragfinery – No Sew Braided Rugs

Come learn how to craft a beautiful no sew braided rug from old sheets! This four strand technique eliminates the need for sewing braids together and results in a sturdy rug able to withstand the modern washer and drier. These rugs are a great way to keep worn, torn, ugly or stained fabrics out of the landfill.

Participant and Materials Requirements
Sharp scissors, two old bed sheets in different colors, flat or fitted, any size. Avoid white as this will be a rug and white will get dirty fast so I don’t recommend it. Patterns are fine. Sheets can also be purchased at Ragfinery prior to class.
