Ragfinery – Embroidered Word of the Year

Brave. Flow. Hope. Balance. Do you have a word to guide you into 2018? We will embroider wall hangings with a word for the year as a way to deepen our intentions and practice (or learn) a simple hand sewing technique. Play with color, fonts and embellishments to amplify and express your desire for the new year. Come with a word or short phrase, or get inspired by our gathering. Participant and Materials Requirements: All materials provided. you may bring an embroidery hoop, embroidery floss, scissors or needles if you have favorite ones in your stash.
